Changeover Days

Changeover days are any day of the week, apart from our high season during June 30th till Sept 1st (2007) when they must be from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival/Departure Times

Clients arriving can access the property at 2pm, clients leaving must vacate by 10am.

On Arrival

These lovely houses are owned by local Spanish family's and I, Malcolm de Ste Croix, with my colleague Inma Hidalgo, manage the properties for them. On your arrival in Orgiva you will be met by one of us and taken to the house where we will also give you any local information you may require to help you enjoy your holiday. We look forward to meeting you.

Car Hire

Car hire is essential for seeing this beautiful area. We are agents for a very good company, and we can organise this for you if you wish.
